I had great service for 2 years with them before we retired, sold our home and moved to Florida . There monthly rates... are reasonably low dollar cost. For the quality service given. They never left a mess on the ground nor in container.
We rented a roll off dumpster for all our throw away trash and items we could not give away before moving to Florida.
No other hauler nor disposal company
Could even come close to Dresnek Disposal. I rate them at the Top in all
Areas of disposal. My only hope is to find anyone close in Florida. Jay Rifferead more

Completely unprofessional owners. do not know how to handle customer complaints or take care of customer issues.... calling customers and aggressively speaking to them because they weren't happy with the service. absolutely does NOT put their customers first. I would rather go with another company and pay more then deal with the complete idiot that runs this business. would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND.read more

Not only super affordable but their customer service is unsurpassed. The first week we had our newborn home we forgot... to take our can to the curb and whoever was on our route ran down our drive and grabbed our can. Five star rating all day.read more

3/11/20 my paid year was up. I planned on renewing but I got layed off at beginning of covid so I was prioritizing my... bills. besides I'm one person and I don't put garbage out every week usually every other week. I had 4 bags of garbage in my can sitting by my garage, one month after my subscription was up without any notice without any phone call without any email saying can we please have our garbage can back or seeing if I was going to even renew my subscription or even contacted me at all instead they came up to my garage took 4 bags of nasty garbage out of the can threw it in my driveway and took the can. apparently they we're not concerned one bit to see if I was going to renew my subscription they just wanted their stupid can back and if I would have known they wanted their can back so bad right now!!... I would have put the can out by the road for them. It was rude and unprofessional especially with no notice of any sort.read more

Please read! Great service! Impressive employees! Today I happened to be looking out of my kitchen window as the... garbage truck stopped. There were 2 gentleman dumping our toter/can. When finished they "ran" back to get in truck. Keep up the good work!read more
